Current openings PhD students

🔊 Multiple openings for PhD students  to start in spring/fall 2025. If you are interested in working with me, and have outstanding undergrad GPA from CS, EE, or a related background, feel free to email me before applying (Please put [Prospective PhD] in the subject). It is important to choose me as your preferred advisor so that I can find your applications easier. The position would be fully funded through the teaching assistantship or through the graduate research assistantship.

Master/Undergraduate students

I encourage Master/Undergraduate students to get involved in research early in the program. I would be happy to provide advice on how to go about doing that, including what opportunities are available in my group. I would be happy to mentor UKY master's projects. Feel free to drop me an email.

I also have various unpaid research projects for Master's and undergraduate students. If you are interested, please follow the instructions below

Current UKY student: Please feel free to drop by my office hour to discuss on it. You could also make an appointment via email. The best way to find me is to stop by my office hours to introduce yourself. You could also email me to setup a time.

Non-UKY student: Send an email to me with your CV attached. Please kindly include [Prospective Master/Undergrad] in the subject to avoid being mis-recognized as spam. I apologize for any potential delayed/missed responses.
